Companies will sell fewer bonds, and notes rated below investment-grade will fall, as governments withdraw stimulus measures that helped make 2009 a “vintage” year for corporate debt, Tim Jagger , Asia-Pacific head of credit strategy for Edinburgh-based RBS, said in an interview.
