March 25 (Bloomberg) — Ontario, Canada’s most-populous province, may sell as much as C$20 billion ($19.5 billion) of debt denominated in foreign currencies such as U.S. dollars, euros and Swiss francs in the fiscal year starting next month to satisfy its annual borrowing needs.
