Ireland’s debt rating downgraded by Moody’s

IRELANDS SOVEREIGN debt was downgraded yesterday by credit rating agency Moodys. It lowered the rating on Irish government bonds to Aa2 from Aa1 and altered its outlook from negative to stable.
