Debt load has Algoma facing credit problems (The Globe and Mail)

Essar Steel Algoma Inc. , the Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., steel maker that has been in bankruptcy protection twice in the past two decades, is grappling with credit problems again after its new owner loaded up the once cash-rich company with debt.
